When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings page.

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

We may modify the subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next Billing Cycle.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. By posting Content, you grant us a licence to use, modify, and display that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Afterimage-Dev. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall Afterimage-Dev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
